These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SmartGuard’s website and booking system for protective film application on personal devices (the “Service”). By booking an appointment or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SmartGuard provides the application of protective film to personal electronic devices (such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and similar devices).
The specific service you select at the time of booking determines the type of work to be performed. Detailed descriptions, prices, and durations are shown on the booking page.
3. Bookings
When you book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, contact details, and any notes relevant to the appointment.
A booking is considered “pending” until SmartGuard confirms it. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any booking at our discretion.
You are responsible for arriving on time and bringing the device intended for the service.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may request to cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us before the scheduled time. The conditions for cancellation, rescheduling, and any applicable fees will be communicated to you at the time of booking or upon request.
5. Fees and Payment
Service prices are shown on the booking page at the time of booking. Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be communicated to you separately.
6. Condition of the Device
You are responsible for backing up any data on your device before the appointment. SmartGuard does not access, transfer, or store data on your device as part of the Service.
You confirm that you are the owner of the device or are authorized to request the Service for it. SmartGuard is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions of the device that are not caused by the Service.
7. Use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person, or to interfere with the operation of the website.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, including the admin dashboard.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with the SmartGuard website are the property of SmartGuard or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any portion of the website without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Any warranty applicable to the protective film itself or to the performed work, if any, will be communicated to you at the time of service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the booking that gave rise to the claim.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date and will be effective as soon as it is posted. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
